Graduate Council Representatives

The WVU Graduate Council charge can be found in the Graduate Council Bylaws on the WVU Graduate Education and Life website under the Graduate Council tab. The expectation is that Representatives jointly communicate the outcomes of Graduate Council meetings to the Associate Dean for Academic and Faculty Affairs for dissemination to the College in a timely manner.

The Graduate Council Provost Designee will contact the Associate Dean for Academic and Faculty Affairs each May to manage membership and identify new members as necessary. Members serve three-year terms that are renewable. Only Regular members of the Graduate Faculty are eligible to serve. If a college does not have vacant seats, no email will be sent. During the 2023-2024 Academic Year, CAHS will have three (3) members, one representing each School.
