Opportunities for Success

Special Olympics West Virginia seeks to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, offering continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, share special skills and be a part of a community. Special Olympics strives to create a better world by fostering the acceptance and inclusion of all people through the power of sports.

University Hawks Wrestling Club is a youth wrestling foundation out of University High School. The University Wrestling Club is committed to a wrestler’s growth, respect, positive attitude, good sportsmanship and high level of competition, providing the instruction and support from nationally renowned coaches.

Viking Performance Training LLC is a training center with a focus on personalized goals and sports-specific training. Offering both privatized one-on-one coaching and team strength and conditioning services, Viking Performance Training seeks to optimize results through customized programs.

West Virginia Gymnastics Training Center is Morgantown’s competitive youth gymnastics organization. Including both boys’ and girls’ youth leagues, students learn, train and perform competitively under the supervision and instruction of the most renowned coaches in the area.
