- Degree: Undergraduate, Graduate
- GPA: 3.0 GPA or better
Additional Notes
- First preference given to freshman students majoring in education who have graduated from a Wyoming County high school.
- Second preference shall be given to students of any class majoring in Education who are graduates of a Wyoming County high school.
- Third preference shall be given to any students graduating from a Wyoming County high school.
