Requirements
- Major: Any CPASS undergraduate major
- GPA: 2.5 or higher
- Residency: Student must be a non-resident of WV
- Need: Student must show financial need
- Ethnicity: Student must be African-American
- Student must not be competing in intercollegiate athletic programs at WVU
