Requirements
- Degree: Junior and Senior Undergraduates
- Major: Recipients must be enrolled in a teacher education program.
- GPA: Recipients shall maintain a GPA of 3.0.
Additional Notes
- First preference will be for students who are graduates of Wheeling Park High School in Ohio County, WV.
- Second preference will be for graduates of John Marshall High School or Cameron High School in Marshall County, WV or for graduates of Ripley High School in Jackson County, WV.
- If there is no eligible undergraduate student, graduate students may be considered from the above preferred high schools.
