Requirements
- Degree: Undergraduate, Graduate
- Major: Recipients must be enrolled in a teacher education program.
- Need: Recipient should be making satisfactory academic progress and demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA and/or the WVU Office of Financial Aid.

- First preference shall be for West Virginia residents.
