Mylan Park is recognized as one of the nation’s premier full-service recreation, sport, social, health and wellness complexes. We support the well-being of the residents of Monongalia and surrounding counties by providing high quality and award-winning programs, facilities, and services. We serve this need through innovative, entrepreneurial, fiscally responsible, and sustainable practices while expanding inclusive recreational facilities and programs in the community. Our programs, facilities, and services are recognized as having significant positive economic benefits to the communities we serve.

Adventure WV began as an outdoor orientation program designed specifically for incoming WVU first-year students. Adventure WV has since expanded offerings to include an outdoor recreation center, climbing wall, outdoor education center, challenge course, zip canopy tour, international study sbroad programs, leadership training opportunities and many other outdoor and experiential education programs.

WVU Campus Recreation provides exceptional exercise, recreation, wellness and related education opportunities to WVU students, faculty and staff. Along with the featured facility amenities of the student recreation center, WVU Campus Recreation also provides group fitness classes, aquatics programs, outdoor recreation, club sports, personal training and specialized programs for children and seniors.

The WVUGo marking team builds promotional materials for various WVU Campus Recreation and Adventure WV initiatives including the WVUGo mobile app, fitness programming, club sports and intramurals, the outdoor rental center, canopy tours, Adventure WV trips and more. Students who receive positions with the team will help design promotional materials and create content for various digital media outlets, including social media platforms, to support program outreach.
