Requirements
- Degree: Undergraduate
- Class: Juniors – Seniors
- Major: Coaching and Performance Science, Athletic Training, Physical Education and Kinesiology or Sport and Exercise Psychology
- GPA: 3.0 or higher
- Residency: Must be a West Virginia Resident
- Must show financial need

- First preference will be given to residents of Pendleton county
- Second preference will be given to residents of Hardy, Grant, or Pocahontas counties
