Biographical Sketch
Peter Zulia is the co-founder of Oxford Physical Therapy Centers, a practice he launched in 1992 with his colleague, Ken Rusche, that has grown to more than 20 locations across the Greater Cincinnati area and serves more than 100 industrial work sites through its Oxford @ Work program. A board-certified sports clinical specialist, Zulia has dedicated his career to advancing patient-centered care and access to physical therapy services.
In recognition of his impact, Zulia was inducted into the Turner A. Blackburn Hall of Fame by the American Academy of Sports Physical Therapists, the organization's highest honor. He is one of fewer than 30 members to have received the distinction since its founding in 2006.
A two-time West Virginia University graduate, Zulia and his wife, Linda, have been deeply involved in philanthropic initiatives, helping to raise nearly $1 million for cancer research and care, including support for the WVU Cancer Institute. Together, they also endowed a scholarship to benefit future WVU students.
